Should an advance payment for any amount be made in error and no service cleans have been used from this payment
then payment may be reclaimed in full within 14 days of Wheelie Bin Cleaners receiving this payment.
Should the balance of a partly used advance payment be required to be refunded for any reason an administration
charge of �10.00 will be applied to your account before the balance is payable. If however your account balance is
less than �10.00 an application for a refund cannot be made and Wheelie Bin Cleaners will therefore
continue to carry out the remaining service cleans should you require this.
Should you move house during the time your advance payment is operating we will transfer your remaining balance to
your new address providing we operate within that said area. Wheelie Bin Cleaners reserve the
right and at their discretion to charge an additional amount to your account for the first clean at this new address. This
additional charge if applied will be no greater than the standard cost. Should Wheelie Bin Cleaners not operate
within the area you are moving to a refund as above may be applied for or you may wish to let the new occupants continue
the remainder of the service.
Wheelie Bin Cleaners or any other company within its group does not retain or pass on to any third party
data relating to customer payments. Please be assured that any payment details taken by telephone or on location are shredded
on completion of transaction. We use PayPal to process our online payments
and no details relating to credit/debit cards are not seen by us.
Your statitory rights are not affected.
